What is FEDE?
The European Federation of Schools was established in 1963 at Barcelona. It brings together independent educational establishments and universities located in the member states of the Council of Europe (46 countries) by uniting them under one common banner and authority. It is a non-profit making, international association enjoying a 'Participatory status' in the Council of Europe and bears the title of a Non-governmental Organization (NGO).
Currently, FEDE has over 450 members offering certificates in European Culture and Citizenship, European Bachelors' degrees, and European Masters' Degrees. All certificates and diplomas are in strict compliance with the ECTS (European Credit Transfer System). At the bachelor's level students complete a total of 180 credits over 3 years and at the master's level 120 credits over 2 years.
All students complete 3 teaching units: Unit A - European Culture & Citizenship, Unit B- European Languages, and Unit C- Professional Techniques.

Diplomas offered
FEDE offers diplomas in a wide-range of subject areas including, International Marketing, Communications, Finance, Computer Science, Tourism, etc. A number of these diplomas are currently offered only in French. FEDE also provides accreditation to a number of specialized diplomas.
In Poland, FEDE has accredited diplomas at The Top College and The University of Economics and Humanities (www.wseh.pl).
